After every image push I have to start and stop the rapport4 service. If I don’t the the device will go right past the PXE and boot into windows. I am user WDM 4.7.1. Has anyone heard of this issue before?
Upgrade to 4.7.2. This should fix it.

Thanks for the help ConfGen. My only issues with that fix it that 4.7.1 worked fine for 6 months and than this problem started. I would think that there would be a fix other than upgrade. Everytime I talk to Wyse their answer is almost always “upgrade”.
Again thanks for the help.
I had a similar issue – turned out it was a Cisco switch hammering the TFTP server which it got from the TFTP server setting in DHCP, causing it to flake out. For a while we had to restart the Rapport4 service between each image and every image process. Obviously WDM takes great offence to frequest bad requests and just dies.
Switch on the debug logging in WDM and restart the service, then double click on the system tray icon. If this is happening, you will see it in the logs.
