Hi,
We’re in the process of setting up WDM for our 50 odd terminals (in the past we’ve used the USB imaging tool). I was wondering whether its possible to set a device so that remote shadowing can be done without a the user/terminal having to click “allow”. This is simply for setting up terminals when there is nobody sat there.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Yes this is possible but I need to know which terminals you have to tell you how.

they are V90 Dual Video
thanks
Check out this doc “Change default VNC password engl. ” in the XPe Products section to get to know how to change a VNC password for the admin and user. The way is the same for changing any other VNC settings.
CG
got it.
thanks 🙂
