Hi,
I’ve recently upgraded from the V10 to the V30LE across our company and noticed that when remote shadowing users their terminal is very slow to respond. This never happened back on the V10.
I’m still waiting for a response from WYSE on this, they believe the CPU is maxing out when the terminal is being shadowed.
My question is – Has anyone else seen this issue; and has anyone else used anything other than the default VNC Server application on their terminals? Are there alternatives out there that anyone would recommend?
I’d prefer to shadow the clients directly rather than their sessions as it’s quicker and will allow me to change settings on the client.
Any recommendations greatly received.
Cheers,
Mike.
VNC on CE was and is always damned slow.
And unfortunately there is no alternative that I am aware of.
