my company has a mixture of s50 and s30 thin clients that connect to our windows 2003 terminal server. When I RDP to our terminal server from my windows 7 pc and remote control the s50’s through tsadmin i get an error saying
“Because of a protocol error, this session will be disconnected. Please try connecting to the remote computer again.”
The connection between the server and the s50 is unaffected but the connection between my windows 7 pc and server is droped. I can remote control our s30 devices with out getting the error. I can also remote control the s50 devices from a Windows XP pc without getting the error.
any ideas?
