    Good Morning Everyone!

    I am configuring an ini file to use on Thin OS that will work with Windows Server 2016 RDS. I am almost done with it, but I cannot get the printer to carry over. Any suggestions will help. I can post my ini file if necessary. Thanks in advance!

    You need to make sure the printer name, and driver is exactly what you see on the printer server it’s pulling it from.

    Printer=SMB2 LocalName=”PRINTER NAME” Host=PRINT SERVER IP Name=”PRINTER NAME” PrinterID=”Generic 55C-6SeriesPCL” Class=”PCL5″ Enabled=yes
    DefaultPrinter=SMB2

    I’ve encountered an issue with VMWare view agent 7.3-7.4 and the latest verisions of ThinOS not being compatible so it could be that also.

    Thanks smith_II for the help,

    The printer portion or my wnos.ini file is below. From your comment, all I will have to do it add the “Name=” to my file and it should pick up the printer?
