Open Printer Failed

    Hey guys,

    I am trying to set up a usb printer on a S10 winterm unit. I have mapped it on LPT1 as most of our units are with no hassle. However, everytime i try to test print i get a “Open Printer Failed” error. When i connect to the allocated VDI desktop, the printer is available, but cant print at all. Any ideas guys?

    What model printer is it? Is it a model you have seen work before?

    Hey thinkthin

    Yeah we found the problem. It had something to do with us recently having dhcp change that no one in the IT department knew about except for our boss :(. We have fixed it now.
