Old S10 unable to update firmware

    We just received an old S10 that we’d like to continue using.
    It has 5.3.0_19 as the firmware version.
    We have our 161 and 162 options set to our ftp server.
    We’re trying to update 7.1.x.

    The thin client downloads the wnos.ini.
    It processes the settings then sits at updating software and times out.
    It times out at ftp:/wyse/wnos/RCA_wnos file.

    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    But you have that firmware file in that share, haven’t you?
