New TC to WMS

    Hello

    We bought some TC to test – models 3040 and 5070.

    We have over 900 TC 5010 in our company and it works good. But when we´re trying to connect models 3040 or 5070 it cant connect to WMS.

    Logs looks like this (after Factory reset) :

    00:41:11.171 Contacting WMS Server …
    00:41:11.204 Registering WMS Server …
    00:41:11.236 WMS agent failed to open HTTP server:
    https://XXXXXXXXXX:1883, errno:5902
    00:41:11.302 WMS agent execute http request error(cannot connect)!
    00:41:11.338 WMS agent failed to login.(Invalid WMS server or Group Registration Key)
    00:41:11.405 WMS agent process is closed!
    00:41:11.438 Looking up WDM server by DNS hostname …
    00:41:11.471 Looking up WDM server by DNS SRV record …
    00:41:11.506 WDA: connect to WDM/WMS failed, retry in 24 hours.

    Can anyone help me with this issue ?

    Have you configured your DHCP tags?

    And the older 5010 are successfully connecting to your WMS server?

    I found problem with in DHCP and now it works … (diferent MAC adress sturucture).
