    Hello,
    I get a problem on some terminals 5010 and 5070,

    It turns off alone to 1:00 AM

    is this someone already had this kind of problem?

    Anything in the eventlog? Same firmware build on both models? Which? Post your config.

    I have the problem for 3 weeks I have nothing in the logs and trace Wyse and nothing about the RDS session host I’m just seeing : Microsoft-Windows-TerminalServices-LocalSessionManager/Operational event log, there are a lot of instances of Event ID 40. The text is something like “Session 8 has been disconnected, reason code 0

    I do not have a backup or a scheduled task

    It’s always turns off alone to 1:00 AM

    i have 5010 same firmware 8.5_020

    i have 2 model 5070 with firmware 8.6_027

    it’s very curious

    This really sounds like a server issue to me.
    ThinOS will never stop a connection from itself. Especially not at the exact same time each day.

    the problem does not come from the wyse because i have no log
    the problem is on RDS
    I keep searching
