    Hello;

    Is it possible to install a third party application on a 5070 thinOS wyse terminal?

    I have a need to install a product called Print2RDP on about 30 wyse terminals. It comes in the form of an .exe or .msi.

    No way. You cannot install any app on ThinOS.
    Also, exe and msi are for Windows only.

    I thought as much. Thanks for the clarification. I believe that I have found a way to get what I need however is there a way to actually share out USB connected printers to WYSE terminals so that other wyse terminals can see them?

    I have a Zebra Label Printer in one USB port on the Wyse terminal and a Brother HL-5200DW in another.

    Any locally attached printer can be shared by enabling LPD.

    Seriously??? You are saving my life…..does it matter what I put in the LPD fields?  Does it need to match anything?

    When you attach a printer locally (USB), then you can enable LPD printing (Enable LPD service for this printer).
    Then you can connect from a different endpoint via LPD to that printer.
