Hi,
Try changing the TCP timeout under the network settings on the S10 to 2 or 3,

Hi,
this is a know issue with current version XenDesktop and WTOS. Wyse is working on this. Something in the latest version of Xen broke WTOS connectivity.

Hey ppl
Does anyone know when a fix/patch will come out for this incompatibity. I spoke to WYSE and Citrix and they have been a little vague as to who will be fixing the issue, what will be done and how they are going with it? Anyone know?
Thanks
DShaun
I don’t know when this will be released. Best would be to stay in contact with Wyse. They know for sure when the fix is available. Have you opened a ticket with Wyse for that?
