Ok I’ll run that trace route and see what I get.

Also I’d just like to let you guys know when I got my s10 I was getting an error “Can’t allocate a consecutive memory” after leaving it on over night. I had moved up to the 5.2.033 firmware and that got rid of the problem. When I went down to 5.1.028 which is on the WYSE site I get that error again after 1 night of use. So if anyone else out there is getting that error you can ask WYSE for the 5.2.033 firmware and that will take care of that issue.

Just a FYI, I’ve run into this problem too (ver 4.4.1) on XP pro SP2. You have to make sure you have the file hserver.dll listed as an exception (C:Inetpubwwwroothserver.dll) and also have the proper ports open within your firewall (see WYSE Knowledge base https://support.wyse.com/OA_HTML/csksxvm.jsp?jttst0=4476_50785%2C50785%2C-1%2C0%2C&jtfm0=_0_0_0_-1_f_nv_&etfm1=&jfn=ZGCF2DD5754E15F38E5E7AE5918B83E0A764352F306D7F1E373E1710F82E2F1F521312434CC483E5D871A47EA4F7AD267FB7&oas=00tr8aJBGpG663wgTqYS_g..&nSetId=16461&nBrowseCategoryId=10024&cskViewSolSourcePage=cskmbasicsrch.jsp%3FcategoryId%3D10024%26fRange%3Dnull%26fStartRow%3D15%26fSortBy%3D2%26fSortByOrder%3D1
    ).
