    Dear All,

We are currently working with WYSE PRODUCTS, recently we have purchased HP LASERJET P1005 printers , which are not working with WYSE S10/V10L , Please let me know about the procedure for the printer to work smoothly with above mention products.

    BEST REGARDS.

    Hi,

use my Configuration Generator and go to the Printer tab. There you can select “Use HP 1xxx printer”.
This will create a subfolder in your output directory with the needed files. Copy everything along with your wnos.ini to your FTP server and reboot the client.
    Now the printer should work.

I was able to make P1005 working with help of TCX USB Virtualizer only. Wyse’s trick suitable for HP 1005, 1018 seems not working

Oh, again it was the P1005 instead of the 1005. Yes, tarasov is right. My solution is only working for the old 1005 printer.

    Buy a different printer.
These low-budget printer of HP need to get their firmware from the host while printing. On a PC this is done via the printer driver but on a Thin Client there aren’t any printer drivers nor the option to install them.
The only option you have is to talk to Wyse and ask them to integrate it like they did it with some other 1xxx models from HP.
