    I got a blank screen after upgrading Wyse Xenith 3020 T00D firmware from 2.1_027. I have tried to upgrade to T00D 2.1_031, 2.3_011, 2.3_109, 2.4_110. I got a blank at every upgrade stage. The only stable firmware is 2.1_027.  Has anyone seen this issue before? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Could you explain what „blank screen“ means?

    I do not have any video display once the terminal reboots post firmware update. The only way I was able to get display back was to revert to the previous firmware.

    Even if you unplug the power cord and plug it in again after upgrade?

    Yes, even after that.

    But, as you can downgrade the units, they are still running. Just with no video output.

    Could you put
    FactoryDefault=yes
    in your wnos.ini and try again? This should reset the client to factory default after a firmware change.

    Yes, I tried that and yet no video output after the upgrade.

    Somehow 2.1_027 is the only stable firmware with this device.

    Apparently, this issue was main logic board related. I was able to successfully upgrade the firmware now after Dell replaced the Main logic board.

    Thank you Much for your assistance.
