I downloaded the ThinOS Bios ZD10_bios.bin version 3.0U in the download section (technicalhelp.de). I have now tried to upload this bios to the WMS 1.3.1 Cloud version. The error message “Invalid Bios File” appears when I select the BIOS platform “Wyse 5010 Thin client with ThinOS (Dx0D) . I have already downloaded the bios 2x, always the same error.
Is the file on technicalhelp.com broken or do I handle uploads to WMS 1.3.1 wrong? The upload of the bios file for 3030LT worked well
hello
i have the same problem
ConfGen has reply in this post : https://technicalhelp.de/forums/topic/bios-d10-5010-thinos/#post-49192
but I did not do it
I am not sure if this solution fixes the problem. Bios upload from Thinclient 3030LT works fine and Bios upload from D10_bios.bin is not working? Where are the differences in uploading these two bios?
This is simply because not all BIOS files have been integrated in WMS. D10 is quite old and already EOL, while 3030 wasn’t when WMS was released.
