Error: Test Connection failed on Master Repository

    WDM 5.0 – Windows 2012R2

    Having installed WDM 5.0 with all the default settings I have an error being displayed on Device Manager Service Logs.

    Device Manager Service Logs – Datatabase – Port 280

    Source: Master Repository – Test Connection Failed on Master Repository

    I also cannot seem to find any devices at all, even when I put in a single devices IP address range.

    I simply installed WDM 5 ‘out of the box’ with all the default settings.

    Can you assist with troubleshooting please?

    Anything that was preinstalled on the server? Is it a domain controller?

    I had to abandon it and go back to 2008R2
