Hi
I am running a V10L and TCX suite 4.1. I am connecting to a VMWare View XP Desktop. I have installed the TCX suite and am using the Multi Monitor feature. When I connect to the XP desktop both screens are able to be used. I can drag a window to either desktop and maximise the window on either desktop. As soon as I lock the XP session all of the windows will jump from the secondary monitor to the primary monitor. When I go back into the XP session (RDP) the two screens are still visible and the mouse will go onto the second monitor however I can not drag anything across to the second monitor. The display resolution correctly shows the resolution of the two monitors.
Is there something in the TCX suite configuration to stop this from happening?
Thanks,
Ben
We have the same issue, we are forced togo back to Wyse TCX Suite 4.0.0.17 , sadly enough i haven’t reported this to Wyse support i know my mistake.
Hi,
thanks for your reply. I can confirm that this is the case and reverting back to 4.0.0.17 does solve this issue.
I will raise this with Wyse.
Thanks,
