disconnected profiles

    We are using Wyse thin clients with all different model types. We are also using citrix xen to connect to their profiles and also to manage. Problem is if users are inactive for a certain amount of time it locks out the account and they cant get back in, so they call us and we have to manually disconnect them. Is there something in config ini we can set for something like ” if it timeouts for so many mins it will automatically log them off or is this more on the citrix end?
