So, we have 10 servers that host an application we call display boards. We have the app configured to autologin and open up on a set group of Wyse devices. So when you power them on they autologin and auto launch the application.
Here is my problem. We have to do weekly reboots of the servers that publish this app. They all reboot on Tuesdays at 10:00 AM. When the servers power down the devices are obviously kicked out of their session and they try to connect back but the servers are rebooting so they come back with “no desktop available” which is expected until the servers are up and running. Up until two weeks ago they would keep trying to get a desktop until they got one once the servers were up. Now they seem to only try once and none of them autologin and launch the app when the servers come up. We have to physically reboot each wyse device, then they connect and launch the app. Is there a setting in the INI file that would allow me to tell the devices to keep trying to connect?
What has changed in your environment two weeks ago?
