Cx0 – C50le OS corrupt

    Hi Masters,

    I was upgrading the firmware to the latest one from Wyse webiste (Upgrade-11.0.121) using a ftp server. The thin client downloaded the file and got stuck at 92.1%. I rebooted the thin client and ended with a corrupt OS because of failed upgrade.

    Could you please guide as to how I can revert the OS upgrade (which I highly doubt) or reinstall afresh using PXE as the ftp file location is not being picked up. I looked at WDM but not sure how to proceed. Can this thin client be salvaged either by flashing via usb or pxe or ftp.

    I would greatly appreciate any help provided here.

    Use the Wyse USB Imager. This is the easiest way to get the unit back to life.
