I have installed WMS v1.1 on server2016 OS.  I have configured DNS and DHCP scope.  I have clients(3040’s and lat3480’s) that are checking into WMS.   I see 5 services running on that server (MariaDB, memchached, mongoDB, mosquitto, Tomcat service).

However, I can not control these devices from WMS.  The ‘restart’ command or ‘send message’ commands do not work.  It states in WMS that the devices are connected and compliant but I have no control over them.

    Any ideas?   Thanks

Have you changed the name or IP of server after installing WMS?

There shouldn’t be an issue with the cloud version.

Does the old version of the ThinOS could be the problem?

    Yes, definitely too old.
    8.4 is minimum.
