Please see configuration file below. I am using a Wyse 3010 trying to connect to a Windows terminal server with a gateway. Each time I try to log in, I get looped back to the log in page and the System Information shows an error: “RDP: Connection failure: TS Gateway credentials or Domain invalid(-2)” I have this same config file loaded onto another wyse within the Agency and it is able to access the terminal server just fine, but for some reason the one I am working with will not. The account I am using to log in has full admin rights and is still not working. Please let me know if there is any other information that I need to include. Thank you.

July 25, 2019 at 10:44 pm #50440Yes, both units are the same and have the same firmware.
July 30, 2019 at 7:39 pm #50460Is there a setting to allow updating the ini file from the Global INI tab under System Tools itself so I don’t have to load it each time I make a change?

Thank you for your help. The issue was with the firmware. I was comparing it to another device that I had in my office, but the one at the other site is an older firmware version. Once I downgraded the firmware, I was able to log in without looping. If there is a way to mark this thread as solved, please let me know and I will take care of it.
