    The event log on the V10L has an entry stating:

    “23: Invalid statement: TCXLicense”

    This is a trial TCX license code…but still…what is wrong with the syntax of the line?

    autoload=0
    Privilege=High
    Language=Uk
    TCXLicense=M5ANK-7ZEV6-WY8ZV-FFBK2-V3WW5
    Timeserver=10.3.1.11 Timeformat=”12-hour format” Dateformat=mm/dd/yyyy
    TimeZone=’GMT – 06:00′ ManualOverride=yes Daylight=yes Start=030508 End=100508 TimeZoneName=”Central Standard Time” DayLightName=”Central Daylight Time”
    SignOn=No
    CONNECT=RDP
    Host=vditest
    Description=”VDItest”
    AutoConnect=yes
    Colors=high

    I think I might have found the answer to my own question…sort of. Do the TCX Multimedia Extensions require a certain version of the WTOS? According to the system information on this demo V10L, it says it is running System Version 5.3.0_09…but I am not sure if that the version of the firmware or the thin os itself.

    You can always find the needed information on the general tab.

    I think Wyse will always help you with a compatible WTOS version, they always help me great with all my question and requests.
