I have posted on this site and maybe asked for to much, so here goes a second time and hope someone can help.
I have 50+ 3150se terminals. We are recycling them and I know they are old but want to try and re-use them. They have come loaded and only boot into a connect screen for a user. I do not know the Admin password and the G key has been disabled so I can’t factory reset them.
What is the best way to wipe this configuration for these Units?
I am a complete newbie to Wyse terminals and can anybody help me either wipe these drives or flash them.
I have tried to boot it from a usb floppy which didn’t work USB Memory stick doesn’t work either.
I have downloaded DOS utils and the latest firmware but cannot connect it to the unit.
I do not have a server running to deploy from as we are all cloud based.
Please can someone help me sort these units out…
You can download the Wyse Simple Imager from this website.
