2008R2 notification boxes

    Not sure weather to put under TCX or here…

    Any way i have users on R10L terminals and TCX running on 2008R2 terminal servers. TCX seems to be working fine but when ever any pop-up boxes come up for log on or windows dialogue boxes (ex are you sure you want to replace this file etc) they appear in the middle of the two screens. is there any way for TCX or any other utility to center the messages on one of the screens?
