    I think the problem may be related to your Citrix setup. You have to enable authentication via “Connection Access Controls”. From the AMC, right click on your farm, go properties and the first option is Connection Access Controls. Make sure it says “Any connections”.

    Wow, what an overwhelming response.

    Sarcasm aside, I was able to run this on a standard XP system. For some unknown reason, it’s not working on my 2003 server.
