It is on the LAN. I saw that a few others had this issue while searching the Citrix Knowledgebase but there was know resolution.
It never happens while they are actually using the client only during inactivity. The inactive time before it drops is random though. It’s happened after 5 min but it also has been inactive for hours without dropping. I haven’t been able to find a consistent pattern.

They are on a LAN connection and there are no Connection, Disconnection, or Idle timeouts set.
A little more info – we have workstations that connect to the same apps/servers using a Citrix ICA connection and are in the same area as the terminals that never lose their connection.
