    Hi

I bring home a 3040 to test connection to WS20106 using RD gateway.

Only issue is when launching any related microphone application (skype, zoom, system app), I’m experiencing delay more than 10s, or disconnection untill I close the app.

When I try call test on skype/teams,etc, I ear the setup assitant voice in background and mine as robot and inaudible.

Same issue using Jack or USB headset

No issues when  using rdc on computer trough rd gateway or with wyse on site.

Any assistance fixing this issue will be welcome !

    Thanks and regards

    Alex

What firmware version are you using?
    Could you post your config?

Try to add the Rdgateway in Remote Configuration as a Microsoft broker instead of the RDP connection

Replace the Connect=RDP section with “ConnectionBroker=Microsoft Host=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx” and add the certificate from your gateway/CA Authority to the config
