    Hello all,

    i am new in using Wyse devices and have an issue with new Logitech laserpointers on our clients.

    The devices didnt work in Citrix sessions. in the log i see the message USB Receiver connected.

    Are there any special settings in wnos.ini to do to get that working?
    Thanks a lot in advance for any kind of help

    Regards

    Thorsten

    Is it working when connecting from a PC to your Citrix session?

    The question is not if it working on your local PC, but if it is working inside your Citrix session when connected from the PC.

    Then you may need to force redirect the device.
    Post the content of the ThinOS eventlog while you plug in the device.

    Can you add a ForceRedirect command to your config with this info?

    Device=vusb ForceRedirect=0x046d,0xc538,0x03,0x00,0x00 InterfaceRedirect=yes
    SessionConfig=ICA USBRedirection=HDX
