    Have tried a local install of WMS.   Install goes fine just as video shows.   However, clients cannot connect.   They get Error 7512 – ssl cipher match error.    However, can connect to trial of cloud based WMS with no problems,

    Others have posted in Dell Community forum with the exact same problems, but there are no solutions or comments posted.    It appears there is some problem with this version.   Seeing too many with cases with the same identical issues.

    What server have you installed WMS on?

    Is the server domain joined?
    Maybe any group policies applied?

    Yes it’s domain joined, but no group policy with this behavior.

    Could you try on a non-domain joined server? Just for testing and verification?

    Ok…I did spin up a non-domain attached 2012r2 server and had the exact same results.   Still fails.

    Add: –

    ciphers=”TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256,TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA,
    TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA384,TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA,TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_RC4_128_SHA,
    TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256,TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA,TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA256,
    TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA,SSL_RSA_WITH_RC4_128_SHA”

    to the connectors tag in sever.xml within Tomcat (C:\Program Files\DELL\WMS\Tomcat-8\conf). You will need to stop the Tomcat services first and ensure you have rights to the file to replace it etc etc.
