WDM – Last version to support S10?

    Hi

    we previously had 4.7.2 which all the devices checked into we have now started fresh with WDM5.0 but found out that it doesn’t support the S10. i would estimate we still have 400+ of these out in use.

    i have looked everywhere but cannot find in the release notes what version dropped the support.

    any help appreciated

    Typically Wyse is not dropping any devices. But they require a special version of the WDM Agent (HAgent) to be able to check in.
    Older unit often do not have this HAgent and therefore cannot check-in.
    Which firmware are you running on the S10?

    we are running 6.5.0_47 because as far as im aware all the version 7.x used netboot to load the image to ram?

    If the unit successfully checks in to WDM 4.9.1 it will for sure also work with 5.0.
