Hi,
I was wondering if there is a setting to override the default action when issuing a reboot command to a 5070 running WTOS.
We’re finding that if there is a remote session running (Citrix VDI in our case), there is a pop up that comes up on the screen that asks the user if they want to reboot since there’s an active session and gives a 10 second countdown with an OK and Cancel button. The default is Cancel.
I’m looking to either change the default to OK or to not have the prompt come up at all. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Lou
Have you activated “Enable Reminder” under “General Settings 8.5+”?
CG
Didn’t really look at that since we’re still using WDM.
I did find this, in looking through the 8.6 INI documentation, that seems to do the trick
Shutdowncounter=0
Setting it to 0 removes the prompt altogether
