Printing Issues with WTOS and Citrix

    I am a V10L with SW Version: SQA 6.5.0_30. I have configured the SMBs option under system setup->printer and can print a test page from the V10L to my printer. However when i login to citrix i do not have a printer to print to. The option’s under the SMBs tab are as followed.

    Select SMB: SMB1
    Printer Name: Konica
    Printer Identification: Generic / Text Only
    \Hostprinter: \winserver2-appKonicami_Test
    Printer Class: PCL 5

    Check mark in “Enable the printer device
    NO check mark in ” Enable LPD service for the printer
