    Hello

We bought new TC´s D10D (5010) and they have firmware 8.3_012, but there is no DHCP option for CA validation so devices cant connect to WMS and gives only errors like:

    SSL: error ERR_SSL_UNKNOW_CERTIFICATE_AUTHORITY!

SSL: unable to setup connection (err=-7517)

Is it possible to add tag to DHCP for connection old FW TC to WMS ?

When I put WMS certificate to TC, it works fine, when I put firmware 8.4_112 to TC, it works fine. But we bought lots of TC´s and do it independently is not the best solution.

Do you still have a wnos.ini in place?
Either install the certificate via wnos.ini or add SecurityPolicy=low to it.

Yes i have it and if I use it with FTP it works great, but it is possible to do it without FTP, only using WMS ?

    I had similar issues.

I ended up using WMS Tomcat to provide wnos.ini over http service..
This works for me…. Just place your wnos folder in TomcatWebapps\wyse and configure your tomcat to host this additional web application besides the one of WMS (ccm_web).

Then you don’t need to provide ftp anylonger.
