My firewall got prevent me from using the internet, please h

    Good evening

    I am a blonde when it comes to macs. I downloaded a firewall…thing, that was from the school I go to. And after that and a deep virus scan, I could no longer use opera or QQ messenger. I deleted them and downloaded them again, shut down-turn on my pc a few times, but nothing is working. I keep getting a message that something needs to be done with my fire wall and HTTP, HTTPS, and FTP ports.

    Help any of you?
