    Hi,

I have an old envionment with ThinOS TC connecting to a Windows 7 VDI machine and all the devices works like a folk. Now I am moving to Windows 10 in VDI and found next situation. I am using ForceRedirect option for the USB devices that bring me connection issues and it works in W7 but now in W10 I found that some devices are redirected becauese they appears in the Device Manager but it does not works, seems like the device is not properly loaded in the machine. Do you have any idea about what is happening?

    Regards,

    Jav.

You are using TCX for redirection?
Have you tried native RDP redirection?

    Hi ConfGen,

Yes I tried too; in this case the devices appears in the Device Manager Windows 10 VDI machine, but the software that uses the devices did not have access in some cases, this is, the devices does not works… it is very strange… you can see an example in the picture enclosed; you will see the device called PASPORT USBLing2 or Pasco USBLink (a sensor connected by USB to the TC) and the SW Capstone trying to use it, but in the Hardware Setup section does not appears the sensor.

    Any idea? Thanks in advance.

    Regards,

    Jav.
