DVD drive redirection TCX

    Hi

    I’m trying to get a dvd drive connected to a D10D(8.3_014) client redirected to 2012 R2 rds with TCX. But I get the error “This device cannot start. (Code) 10. Status_Device_Power_Failure” in device manager. With RDP protocol the drive shows up as “D on D10D” without any problems. How do I fix this?

    Have you allowed the redirection of that device on TCX?

    Yes I have allowed mass storage devices in the Wyse TCX suite. I tested it with a NTFS formatted USB flash drive and it was redirected with TCX without problems.
