We have a (new) customer, who has 2 Wyse clients version, one from 2013, one from 2015. The clients are connecting to a ftp server for the config.
The 2013 client gets the wnos.ini, and displays the RDP connection, and we can log on.

The 2015 client gets the wnos.ini, (i see in the FTP log)
Opening data channel for file download from server of “/wyse/wnos/wnos.ini”
    Successfully transferred “/wyse/wnos/wnos.ini”
Then is stopts, I don’t get an RDP connection. The screens only shows an empty desktop.

Someone an idea what is going wrong?

Are both units running the same ThinOS version?
Can you verify in “System Tools – Global INI” if the wnos.ini was really successfully transferred?
Any hints in the ThinOS eventlog?

    Hello CG,
On the working client I see a starting screen/log and I can see system tools, and more.

The failed client only displays a empty desktop. no screen at starting.
    Set Privilege=High has no influence.
So I cant get to the Eventlog

The failed unit does not even show the Dell BIOS logo?
    The screen remains black?

The failed unit shows no dell logo, boots up, (very quick) and it shows a background “gray and bleu Wyse logo”.

Can you post a screenshot or even a video?

Sounds like the device is not working. Try reflashing it with USB imager.
