    Hi,

I was having an issue recently with the C10LE not prompting users to change their passwords once they had expired. I have fixed this with the latest firmware, 7.0.1_13

The users now receive the prompt and can enter a new password. However, when they do so, after 1-2 minutes they receive the message “Failed to change the password” and are unable to log in.

The Web interface PNAgent authentication is set to Prompt. The password settings are for users to be able to change the password by contacting the domain controller.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

    Thanks in advance,
    Giles

    Hi,

I have this same issue with V10L. I have done all settings in PNAgent similar as shown in the picture. However, no succes. Users are still not prompted for changing their password after it expiration.

Do you have any further suggestions what might be the cause?
    Kind regards,

    Semmo

Are you also using Citrix backend?
If yes, download “Password Change In A Citrix Environment” from the Downloads.

Then your only option is to use SignOn=NTLM.
Check the PDF “Changing expired password”
