All,
We are having a strange issue we just installed Nvidia GRID cards in our VDI environment to improve performance everything is great but when trying to go on YouTube and playing a video the voices and video are out of sync.
I know its a WYSE thing because if I connect into the environment via Citrix Workspace from a PC everything works great, the problem only occurs when using a WYSE
I have already upgraded to the 8.6_206 release so its not firmware but maybe something I need to turn on now that we are using GPUs?

February 19, 2020 at 8:30 pm #51815We have a similar issue with video/audio and also screen dragging across multiple monitors. We corrected this with a Citrix policy for Video Codec Compression
https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/graphics/thinwire.html
where we saw the issue specific to thin clients was using “For the entire screen” and it was corrected by changing it to “For actively changing regions”.
I strongly believe this is a limitation with the ThinOS Citrix Receiver version that is a Dell modified version of a several year old Citrix Receiver not keeping up with Citrix’s new capabilities. See if that graphics policy change on the Citrix side helps.
February 20, 2020 at 1:53 am #51816Brian,
I already figured this one out and that was the issue ThinOS does not support “For Activity Changing Regions” and only supports “For the entire screen” So I changed the policy and that did fix the issue but then also had a side effect of the other thread I recently started on this forum (Virtual Driver Error Post) so I have a ticket open with Dell on that and right now have it set to not use a video codec so Video is out of sync but at least im getting the other error
