USB thumb drives hit or miss VXC-2212

    We have some Cisco VXC-2212 thin clients and we are having problems with some usb thumb drives not being recognized.
    I went and tested 6 different ones and they all worked, but users are complaining they can’t use theirs.

    Anyone run into this problem and know of any fix?

    Only FAT and FAT32 formatted drives are supported.
