V10L no boot … possible the flashdisk formated with fat32?

    we have only one v10l, this client don´t start.
    i believe someone tried to play with the flash-drive and someting goes wrong..
    i can start with a recovery-cd and looks on the drive..its empty and filesystem fat32…is this normal?
    any chance to repair?

    Hi Stanley,

    as long as the unit is able to do a PXE (LAN) boot you can flash it via Wyse Simple Imager.
    You can enable this via BIOS. Press Del during boot to get access and enter “Fireport” as a password.
    Contact Wyse to get the correct image.
