Hi guys
Has anybody had a problem with the V10Ls and the keyboard PS2 port?
Basically, when we boot the V10 up, it doesn’t recognise the keyboard in the PS2 port. If we disconnect and reconnect the keyboard it works fine.
We have about 100 of these things to roll out and need to get this one sorted. A work around is to attach a PS2 to USB converter, but it’s one more thing that can break/go wrong and I’d like to get to the bottom of this one.
Thanks in advance.

We had a simular issue when we used different interface for keyboards and mice (PS/2 keyboards and USB mice) We were able to resolve the issue by updating the V10L to 5.2.0_45 or later release.

Thanks for the quick reply. Where did you get the 5.2.0_45 firmware from? The latest I can find is 5.2.035.05 from the wyse website.
Thanks

Just to let you know, I’ve fixed the problem. Wyse have given me the link to 5.2.0 (build 50) – see below: –
