Session resolution does not reset after shadowing larger session on 1200le, s10 & v10 units.
When a user (not an admin) shadows a session that has a larger resolution that is not supported by their screen, they get scroll bars on the session – that is understandable, but when they finish shadowing the other session, WTOS leaves scroll bars around the users real session.
Unfortunately, there is not maximize, or Full screen combination that I can find.
Does anyone have a solution that will assist (except don’t shadow larger screen 😉 ) .
Even if the user needs to run a script, this is not an issue.
Try pressing Ctrl+Alt+Arrow Up to toggle between fullscreen and window mode.
Or Ctrl+Alt+Arrow Down to switch between local desktop and session desktop. Maybe this fixes it.
