I’m not sure if any of you guys had an issue where a ThinOS Client won’t connect to a VDI session. When I checked the event log I found this:
Invalid CONNECTIONBROKER parameter: PCoIP
so all my other TCs are connected just fine grabbing the configuration from WMS.
few devices that I reimaged they are not getting the latest firmware from WMS and they won’t connect to the VDI connection broker. this is how weird it looks in WMS:
they are all the same model but when I reimaged few of them they are stuck with 8.6_013 FW version and even the type and platform is different than the others!!!
any thoughts? Thanks
I noticed that Teradici PCoIP did not get install, I tried another FW with PCoIP and failed because it’s not the right one.
Yes, ThinOS is sold with and without PCoIP.
If you have a Non-PCoIP device, you are not able to convert it.
Look at your WMS screenshot. The one device is listed with OS=ThinOS, all others with OS=ThinOS PCoIP.
