We have few devices(5010) which are getting flash file verification failed error when we are trying to update the Thin OS to any version currently they are on 8.5_009.
we tried using Factory reset, Merlin image but had the same issues. It has saved usernames and they are not getting erased.
To what version do you try to upgrade?
