Imprivata Self Help – Wyse T10

    We have an issue in our T10 devices while using imprivata Self Help on domain login page. The self help offers 3 options for user.

    1.login by answering security questions
    2. Unlock domain account
    3. Reset domain account password
    Where as wyse 3040 shows all the options, T10 devices shows only option 1 and 3. The second option is missing. The devices has same ini configuration and pointed to samd imprivata appliance.

    I tried to attach screenshot.

    I am quite sure that both models do not run the same firmware, don’t they?

    Both of them running on 8.6 version.
