    After updating the wyse 3020 with the “ThinOS 8.5_024 for Dell Wyse 3020 thin clients” I have the following problem, citrix applications generate the following error “exec ica No such file or directory”.

    How did you upgrade?
    Go to “System Tools” and delete all packages. Now reboot and test again.

    Upgrade by ftp,

    Put into de wnos.ini:

    autoload=2
    Signon=0
    FactoryDefault=Yes

    and download to the firmware to “https://www.dell.com/support/home/es/es/esdhs1/product-support/product/wyse-3020/drivers”

    It seems to me that the problem comes from updating from 8.1 to 8.5?

    Yes, but once updated it does not let me reload the firmware.
    It seems like he doesn’t recognize the wnos

    After deleting the packages, these should be reinstalled automatically from the flash. No ftp connection to any wnos folder is needed.
    Can you confirm that?

    Where do they have to be removed? How to reinstall from flash memory?

    Thanks.

    In “System Tools”  I see the  “Diveces, Certificates, Global ini”, not packages.

    Downgrade the firmware and retry.
    What was the original firmware version on the unit before you upgraded?
