Hello,
We will upgrade all our 3040 pcoip to v8.6_013 shortly.
The upgrade is doing well but I need to change some parameter and redo the upgrade to validate the change. So I will go for downgrade, change the parameters, and redo the upgrade
The downgrade to v8.4_112 is not applied, and I don’t see why. Is there a specific procedure to do so?
I only push the PA10Q_wnos in the FTP server, and put the parameter AutoLoad=1
Nothing appears in the log event
Any ideas?
With 8.6 there is a security mechanism to prevent downgrading.
Alter your INI like this
Autoload=1 VerifySignature=no

Hello,
Thanks for the return.
Unfortunatly, I already put this configuration, without success.
I have done another test, to upgrade from 8.6_013 to 8.6_206, and it does not upgrade as well.
I do not understand, maybe this is an issue with this specific device, but if there are another thing that I am missing, don’t hesitate to tell me.
Thanks.
What do you see in the eventlog and ftp log?
