We use ThinOS based Wyse devices heavily and traditionally have used Skype w/RTME to handle offload. Now we are finding users wanting products from Avaya, five9’s, and soon MS Teams. How is everyone handing offloading with ThinOS? Our options seem extremely limited and really consist of only RTME and Skype (Some day there will be a Teams RTME). Does anyone one else do offloading with Avaya/five9’s another way? Any tweaks to improve things? The only other optimization pack I know of is for Cisco and unfortunately that is not a product we will use.
